5 stars: We had only moved into our property 12 months earlier and the existing boiler failed twice over this period, parts were in short supply and I was reluctant to throw good money after bad. Rob from RJS Heating called round to take a look and gave me several affordable options, with some great tips on how we could save money going forward. Despite Rob offering to repair the old boiler for minimal cost, we decided to invest in a new Vaillant boiler, digital thermostat and 7 day timer. The boiler also came with a 5 year guarantee for extra piece of mind, and they flushed through the whole system, to improve efficiency. The installation process was fairly straight forward despite moving the boiler to a more suitable place, work was neat and tidy and the fitters spent the best part of an hour, showing us how to set it up, which was great. Overall a great service and really pleased with our new system, which this winter has probably saved us about £300! Thanks chaps!

5 stars: I phoned and talked to the engineer, (not an answerphone!), who said he could call next morning his first call. He arrived 8.30 am. Said that the central heating repair could be done there and then. Said the price and completed the job on the central heating which was done very professionally. I would use them again if required, and recommend them to my friends.
