122 Colmore Row, Birmingham
Working in conjunction with Midlands-based commercial property company, Evenacre, RJS Heating was commissioned to design, specify and install a high efficiency commercial heating system as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of this Grade I listed office building on Colmore Row in Birmingham city centre.
Comprising c. 3,500 sq ft set over four floors, 122 Colmore Row is situated in the heart of Birmingham's financial business district and, once completed, will provide high quality, Grade 'A', executive office suites, designed in a contemporary and sustainable style.
The brief to RJS Heating was to provide a heating system that was both efficient and in keeping with the design aesthetics of the refurbishment. Working closely with heating manufacturer, Vaillant, RJS delivered a heating solution which both met these needs and also incorporated innovative, new radiator designs.
Working alongside a multitude of other commercial property trades, RJS also installed all the new washroom, WC and shower facilities within the building.
